CyberCoders is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a fast-paced law firm handling complex civil matters. You will support case development and trial preparation, manage client communications, draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, and appear in court as permitted.

The role emphasizes strong litigation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with partners and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar in good standing.
• Prior civil litigation experience as an associate or attorney.
• Strong drafting, deposition, discovery, and trial skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Familiarity with case management and e-discovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from filing to trial.
• Develop discovery plans, depose witnesses, and respond to documents.
• Prepare for court appearances, hearings, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and motions.
• Maintain client communications and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and mentor junior staff.
• Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Support business development through pitch materials and client meetings.
