Job summary

Blanco Tackabery in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an associate attorney with 1-3 years of litigation or creditors’ rights experience to join its Litigation and Business Bankruptcy practice group. The attorney will appear in court as needed and work on complex business and fiduciary matters.

Applicants must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of obtaining or already holding a North Carolina license to practice law. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation and/or creditors’ rights experience required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Must hold or be able to promptly obtain a North Carolina license to practice law.

Responsibilities

• Regular court appearances in eviction and claim-and-delivery hearings.
• Work on complex business and fiduciary litigation within the Litigation and Business Bankruptcy practice group.
