Qualifications

• 3–7 years of litigation experience.
• Experience researching and writing legal memoranda.
• Experience drafting complaints, motions, and written discovery.
• Experience responding to discovery, including matters involving e-discovery.
• Experience taking depositions and preparing for trial.
• Experience with commercial litigation, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, and fraud.
• Strong writing, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and produce exceptional work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Confidence and demeanor to assume individual responsibility for matters involving direct client interaction.
• Currently licensed in Illinois

Responsibilities
