Job summary

Qualifications

3–7 years of litigation experience.
Experience researching and writing legal memoranda.
Experience drafting complaints, motions, and written discovery.
Experience responding to discovery, including matters involving e-discovery.
Experience taking depositions and preparing for trial.
Experience with commercial litigation, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, and fraud.
Strong writing, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple work streams and produce exceptional work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Confidence and demeanor to assume individual responsibility for matters involving direct client interaction.
Currently licensed in Illinois
