Litigation Associate - General Civil Litigation

Hybrid Flexibility Available

A well-established and highly collaborative Michigan law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing civil litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for motivated attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their litigation skills while working alongside experienced mentors.

Position Overview

The firm is looking for candidates with 3-5 years (up to 6 years maximum) of experience as an associate attorney, with strong exposure to all aspects of civil litigation. This includes:

• Drafting and responding to disclosures and discovery
• Motion practice
• Taking and defending depositions
• Court appearances
• Trial preparation

• Base Salary: Starting at $120,000 (DOE)
• Billable Requirement: 1,600 hours for bonus eligibility
