We are currently seeking multiple experienced attorneys to join our Litigation team in our Atlanta office. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of practice experience in Insurance Coverage, Professional Liability, and/or General Liability. All candidates must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
