We are looking for a motivated, entry-level litigation associate attorney (0-2 years) to join our San Diego office full time. You'll work side by side with our lead trial attorneys on serious personal injury (auto, premises, dog bite, and wrongful death) cases. Our trial attorneys independently manage their own caseloads through every step of the litigation process. The right candidate for our associate role will develop the skills they need to successfully transition into the trial attorney position within the first one to two years.

You'll learn directly from seasoned trial attorneys who are passionate about mentoring and giving new attorneys real, meaningful experience early in their careers.
If you have strong writing and communication skills, a solid work ethic, and you're serious about building a career as a trial attorney, this is the place to do it. Litigation-oriented internships, clinical programs, clerkships, mock trial, or trial advocacy experience are plusses but not required.
We're a close-knit, collaborative team that values hard work, authenticity, and results. We pride ourselves on being a supportive trial-focused environment where attorneys feel comfortable asking questions, take real ownership of cases, and collaborate rather than compete.
Compensation for this position ranges from $100k-120k, depending on experience, plus generous origination bonuses. Other benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401k, PTO, and paid bar dues.
