Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a litigation-forward personal injury attorney for an all-in-office role in Texas. You will manage a docket of motor vehicle and premises liability cases, draft pleadings, take and defend depositions, and appear at hearings, mediations, and trials. You will collaborate with paralegals and staff to advance cases and maintain client communications.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. from an accredited law school and prior PI litigation experience, including pleadings,

• Work closely with paralegals and legal staff to drive cases forward.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases from filing through resolution or trial.
