Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice in NY and MA.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and case preparation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Review and analyze medical records, evidence, and case documentation.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and legal support staff.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
