Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney

Experience & Firm Size: 2+ Years of Experience | Mid-Sized Law Firm | Licensed in NY & MA

We are partnering with a respected, mid-sized law firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with approximately 2+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling a diverse caseload, working alongside experienced attorneys, and continuing to develop their litigation skills.

Areas of Practice

• Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
• Premises Liability, including Slip and Fall Claims
• Medical Malpractice
• Commercial Litigation
• General Civil Litigation

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Review and analyze medical records, evidence, and case documentation.
