Qualifications

• At least three years of civil litigation experience.
• Admitted to the Texas Bar.
• Ability to handle depositions, motions, and trial work.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and collaborate with experts; sit second and first chair at trial.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients and ensure compliance with outside counsel guidelines.
