What You'll Do

• Manage litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout Texas and nationwide.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and other substantive filings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Handle discovery, including written discovery, document review, and motion practice.
• Work directly with clients to provide practical legal guidance and case updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's litigation and compliance practices.
• Assist with business development and the continued expansion of the firm's Texas presence.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Federal court experience preferred.
