Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia bar.
• 3 to 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with drafting and filing pleadings and motions, discovery, and taking depositions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including appeals, hearings, and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Provide timely, accurate, and responsive legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Handle cases independently and appear in court when advantageous.
