A well-established, highly respected litigation firm is expanding its Tacoma office and is seeking Litigation Associates to join its collaborative and trial-focused team.

What You'll Do

• Handle sophisticated civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and trial strategy.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
• Work directly with experienced trial attorneys who are committed to mentorship and attorney development.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Medical malpractice defense experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Trial or deposition experience is highly valued.
• Washington Bar admission or ability to become licensed.
