Candidates should have hands‑on experience conducting legal research, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation. Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Strong legal writing and analytical skills are required.
