• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of practice experience. Our associates are given hands on experience in all phases of civil litigation from case inception to trial, as well as direct client contact.
