• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of complex commercial litigation, from case inception through trial.
• Conduct and manage discovery, including document review and written discovery.
• Prepare for trial, hearings, and oral arguments.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Manage day-to-day litigation responsibilities with partners and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong discovery, legal writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the day-to-day demands of complex litigation matters.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client service.
