Job Details

Our client is searching for a litigation attorney with 3 or more years of experience. Successful applicants will have experience in transportation law or general insurance defense litigation.

The following qualifications are necessary for consideration for this position:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member in good standing with the PA bar.
• 3+ years of experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.
• Proven experience attending and participating in hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research software and platform.
