Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney

A well-established law firm based in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a driven Litigation Associate to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative litigation team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact commercial litigation matters from early stages through trial and appeals, and to develop courtroom experience alongside seasoned professionals. The role provides a pathway for long-term growth and hands-on involvement in strategic case development, motion practice, and dispute resolution.

Duties:

1. Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, from pre-litigation strategy through trial and appeal
2. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
3. Manage discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production
4. Participate in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
5. Attend and argue at hearings in state and federal courts
6. Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams on complex legal issues
7. Maintain organized case files and ensure timely filing of all court documents
8. Provide practical and strategic legal advice tailored to client goals

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with efficiency and integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:
