Why This Is a Great Opportunity
  • Take real ownership of your work, including the opportunity to manage your own litigation docket while collaborating with a small group of experienced litigators.
  • Build meaningful deposition, motion practice, courtroom, and trial experience instead of being limited to research and behind the scenes assignments.
  • Handle sophisticated insurance and business disputes from initial case assessment through discovery, dispositive motions, resolution, and trial.
  • Develop into a well-rounded litigator with direct mentorship, substantial responsibility, and reasonable billing expectations.
  • Join a collaborative boutique environment where strong writing, strategic thinking, initiative, and excellent advocacy are valued.
  • Receive medical benefits, PTO, a 401(k), paid bar dues and CLE, plus relocation assistance for qualified out of town candidates.
Location

This is a full-time, primarily on-site opportunity in Austin, Texas. Our team values working together in person while offering flexibility to work remotely from time to time when needed. Relocation costs are available for qualified candidates moving to the Austin area.

Note

Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Texas and have 2+ years of directly relevant insurance litigation, business litigation, commercial litigation, or closely related civil litigation experience. About Us

We are an established Texas litigation boutique focused on resolving sophisticated insurance and business disputes through strategic analysis, strong written advocacy, and hands-on litigation. Our attorneys work collaboratively while giving associates meaningful responsibility and opportunities to develop their own litigation skills. Confidential Employer.
