White & Williams LLP's Boston office seeks a Litigation Attorney with 4–8 years of general and commercial litigation experience to handle a diverse docket including products liability, construction, breach of warranty, and personal injury.

The ideal candidate will manage cases independently—handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, coordinating with clients, taking depositions, and supporting trial work; Massachusetts Bar admission is required, with NE cross- admission beneficial.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of general and/or commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with discovery, motions, depositions and client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage case responsibilities independently, including handling discovery and depositions.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs and other pleadings.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Support trial work and deposition preparation.
