Whitman Legal Resources in Midtown Manhattan seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate with 5–6 years of substantive litigation experience. The ideal candidate will handle matters from inception to resolution within a small, collaborative boutique firm setting.

Required: JD, NY bar in good standing, and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. You will manage discovery, draft pleadings, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
• Approximately 5–6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters and competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on boutique law firm environment.

Responsibilities
