We are partnering with our client, a leading firm, to find an experienced litigation attorney to join their Consumer Financial Services and Commercial Litigation groups. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, though candidates must be willing and available to travel to one of the firm’s office locations as needed, as well as for court appearances, depositions, and other trial-related matters.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates eager to grow in their careers and learn from experienced mentors.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York (Pennsylvania Bar admission is a plus).
• Proven track record of excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• A high degree of initiative, independence, and motivation to handle complex matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload within Consumer Financial Services and Commercial Litigation, ensuring effective case strategy and resolution.
• Prepare and draft high-quality legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Advocate for clients in court, including representing them in hearings, trials, and depositions, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
• Work closely with a collaborative, driven team to develop and implement strategies for resolving complex legal matters.

• Salary is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience.
• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
