Job summary

Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP's Litigation Department seeks an attorney with 4 to 6 years of commercial litigation experience to join our busy, sophisticated practice. We handle complex disputes across construction, employment, real estate, shareholder matters and other business issues, representing clients in state and federal court through all stages of litigation.

Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania bar and bring strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in commercial litigation.

Job description

The Litigation Department of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is seeking an attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation to work in our busy, sophisticated practice.

Our litigators work on complex commercial disputes across a range of industries and subject areas, including construction, employment, real estate, shareholder disputes, and other business matters.

We represent clients in state and federal court through all stages of litigation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an associate looking for substantive work and meaningful responsibility while continuing to develop as a litigator. Our matters are leanly staffed, and associates work closely with partners and clients.

Candidates must be barred in Pennsylvania and should possess the following:

• Strong academic credentials, including a J.D. or equivalent degree from a well-respected U.S. law school.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Experience in state and federal courts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond productively to direction and feedback, and to work well with staff and leadership.
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, manage workflow priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Be a team player – be collaborative and work with a spirit of camaraderie.
• Outstanding attention to accuracy and detail, and commitment to work product that is thorough, complete, and excellent.
