• Apply Pennsylvania and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in managing litigation matters.
• Represent and advise clients while developing effective legal strategies and advocating for their interests.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal team members to manage cases and deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing required.
• Experience in both commercial litigation and real estate law/litigation preferred.
• Strong interest and aptitude in real estate-related matters will also be considered.
• Familiarity with the Pennsylvania and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
