Role Description

The Litigation Associate will handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including case assessment, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and preparing cases for hearings and trial. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing case files, communicating with clients, opposing counsel and courts, and participating in depositions and other litigation-related proceedings. The role involves collaborating with partners and other team members to develop case strategies and ensure timely, accurate work product. This is a full-time, on-site role, with regular in-person work required at firm offices and local courts.

Qualifications
