Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma, or eligibility for admission.
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience with discovery, motions, depositions, or trial prep is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned litigation matters from intake to resolution with supervision.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and discovery strategy development.
• Assist with case development, factual investigation, and legal analysis.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial prep, including witness prep and exhibits.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts; meet deadlines.
