Qualifications

• Exposure to hearings and depositions; willingness to interview witnesses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate trial strategy and materials.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and memoranda.
• Manage investigations and fact-finding efforts.
• Coordinate discovery obligations and document productions.
• Attend hearings and take/defend depositions; interview witnesses.
