Lateral Link is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join a leading AmLaw 100 firm's California litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated, high-stakes matters while continuing to develop substantive litigation skills.

You will conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, and participate in depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials, with increasing ownership of matters as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Litigation experience in a biglaw firm
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft substantive motions, briefs, and other pleadings
• Prepare for and participate in depositions
