Our client, a top Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience for its high-profile practice in New York, Los Angeles, Redwood City, and San Francisco. The position offers a salary range of $250k to $370k.

Qualifications:

1. 3-6 years of litigation experience, including some trial experience preferred.
2. Experience drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and litigating fiduciary disputes.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills.
4. Strong academic credentials.
5. Excellent legal research, analytical skills, and client-interfacing abilities; team-oriented.
6. California or New York bar admission required.
