Our prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented legal professional to engage in high-stakes litigation in both state and federal courts. The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse range of civil litigation and commercial litigation cases, with a focus on dispute resolution. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Litigation Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Representing clients in civil and commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts.
  • Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Participating in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeals.
  • Providing expert advice to clients on dispute resolution strategies and potential outcomes.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
  • Collaborating with other members of the legal team to ensure the best representation for our clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Associate position will have the following qualifications

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation and commercial litigation.
  • Proven experience in dispute resolution.
  • Extensive knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
  • Excellent legal research skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
