Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent legal research, investigation, writing and verbal skills are required.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Must be barred in IL.
• Experience preparing and responding to pleadings, motions to dismiss, discovery, and other trial-related filings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and respond to pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery and other trial-related court filings.
• Engage in litigation tasks with senior attorneys on large, complex cases.
• Contribute to high-quality legal research, writing and advocacy.

They have a really nice, collegial team that is close knit and values long-term relationships, have consistently been ranked top places to work, offer a support staff ratio of 10 to 1, the ability to work on larger/more complex cases (thereby the ability to make more money and work on more sophisticated matters), and are active proponents of w/l balance. This is a great group to really get to sink your teeth into the work and work directly WITH the 2 Managing Partners. 2+ years of experience.
