The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling a diverse docket of business-related disputes, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and managing case files from inception through resolution. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research and analysis, preparing memoranda, and assisting with strategy development for complex commercial litigation matters. The role involves taking and defending depositions, appearing in state and federal courts, and collaborating closely with partners and other team members to prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. The Litigation Associate will interact with clients, participate in case planning, and contribute to efficient, value-driven case management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA.
