Defense Litigation Associate | Austin, TX (hybrid) | $130,000 to $180,000 | Insurance Defense

Can you say exactly what it takes to make partner where you are now? At this Austin firm, every associate can. The criteria are written down, reviewed every year and tied to things you control.

The firm defends insureds on behalf of carriers across Central Texas. Associates carry their own caseload, report straight to adjusters and build those relationships in their own name. You're treated as a future partner from your first week, not as a source of billable hours.
