Burr & Forman LLP has an immediate opening in its Atlanta, GA office for a Litigation Associate in its Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. The position requires a J.D. degree and membership in the Alabama Bar.
The candidate should have three or more years of litigation experience, and a federal clerkship is preferred. Burr will consider various types of litigation experience. Quality candidates will be self‑starters with great client service skills, strong academic credentials, strong research, writing, organizational and analytical skills. Candidates must be qualified to practice law in Florida, and qualifications to practice law in other states are preferred but not required.
