Qualifications

• Understanding of litigation timelines, procedures, and court filing rules.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case tracking.
• Proficiency with legal technology tools such as SmartAdvocate and PDF editors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and file complaints, motions, subpoenas, and court documents in line with rules.
• Track filings, deadlines, and hearings using case management systems.
• Coordinate scheduling of depositions, hearings, and other events with parties.
• Assemble exhibits, deposition binders, and trial materials for attorneys.
• Maintain organized digital files with proper labeling and indexing.
