Auto Club Enterprises in Ventura seeks a Litigation Assistant to provide administrative support to attorneys, including drafting and proofreading legal documents and managing case files. You will input data into the case management system, maintain calendars, and prepare reports and drafts with accuracy.
The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of secretarial or legal experience, strong typing (55–60 wpm), and proficiency in Word and Outlook. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.
This position performs administrative or secretarial support for a single or multiple attorneys utilizing knowledge of legal terminology and procedures. The work involves highly complex and varied secretarial duties and has primary responsibility for legal document preparation, review and processing.
#LI-LG1 The starting pay range for this position is: $28.93 - $38.53 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
