Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Experienced Litigation Assistant to support a high-volume in-house civil litigation defense practice. You will assist multiple Trial Attorneys with document preparation, calendar management, trial support, and deadline monitoring.
Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents, entering data into the case management system, managing mail and records, and maintaining meticulous diaries and records to comply with court rules.
Experienced Litigation Assistant supporting a high-volume in-house civil litigation defense practice with responsibility for assisting multiple Trial Attorneys. Provides comprehensive litigation support, including preparation and filing of legal documents, management of complex attorney calendars, trial preparation, and maintenance of litigation deadlines. Handles subpoena requests, records procurement, discovery support, and case file management while ensuring compliance with court rules and procedural requirements. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing competing priorities and supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$28.93 - $38.53
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
