Mid-sized, highly regarded New York City Real Estate Law Firm, is seeking a Litigation Assistant with 3 + years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Litigation experience. • 3+ years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Litigation experience
• Experience with holdover and non-payment experience within real estate law
• Experience with holdover/housing practice and filing through NYSCEF
• Experience filing, prepping and serving predicate notes and exposure to commencement cases is a MUST!
• If you have residential landlord-tenant litigation experience, that's a plus!
