Electrical Automation Services is seeking a dependable Press Operator to join our established production team in Illinois. This full-time role operates lithographic decorating equipment and handles plate changes, inks, and material setup to maintain print quality and reduce scrap.

Overtime applies after 40 hours; double time after 48 hours; weekend work and shift rotation are required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, prefer prior lithographic printing experience, and be able

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.
Ability to work a 12-hour shift, including weekends.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Effective communication with teammates and management.

Responsibilities

Operate can decorators lithographic decorating equipment to maintain print quality.
Change plates, inks and materials for production changeovers.
Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
Document issues and assist with timely resolutions.
Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
Assist in inventory of production supplies.
