Electrical Automation Services in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Lithographic Decorating Operator to maintain can decorators, perform changeovers, and monitor print quality on the night shift. This full-time role requires reliability on a 12-hour shift with weekends and an alternating weekly schedule.

Overtime is paid after 40 hours, with double time after 48 hours. A high school diploma is required, and prior lithographic printing experience is preferred to ensure a smooth transition into our strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate lithographic decorating equipment safely.

Responsabilités

• Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and materials for production changeovers.
• Safely operate decorating equipment to maximize output.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with teams.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of production supplies.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow OSHA and other safety policies and procedures.
