Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5+ years in quality inspection or related manufacturing work.
• Working knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Capable of independent work within defined guidelines.
• Effective cross‑functional communication.
• Basic data analysis and quality concepts awareness.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry.
• Safety minded with PPE compliance and physical capability.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections following Control Plans and SOPs.
• Verify product conformity with precision measurement tools.
• Inspect independently, analyze results and take action per guidelines.
• Verify calibration and proper functioning of inspection equipment.
• Document results and maintain traceability records.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support training of other inspectors and onboarding.
