Job summary

• 4+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Lead medium-sized quality and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior Quality Engineers and technicians.
• Communicate results and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Perform data-driven problem solving and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
