The Literacy tutor at Loudoun County Public Schools works with students in grades K-3 in small groups of five or fewer to provide targeted early literacy support in Sterling, VA.
You will collaborate with school reading specialists to help students improve phonemic awareness and fluency, supporting reading growth and confidence.
Qualifications include a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the ability to relate to children, teachers, and other school staff.
