Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in small-group or intervention settings.
• Strong understanding of structured literacy and the science of reading.
• Experience supporting Tier II and Tier III literacy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support during REWARDS instruction.
• Deliver small-group reading intervention aligned with the REWARDS program.
• Support data-informed instructional decisions by sharing assessment results.
