Qualifications
Experience working with students in small-group or intervention settings.
Strong understanding of structured literacy and the science of reading.
Experience supporting Tier II and Tier III literacy interventions.
Responsibilities
Provide in-class support during REWARDS instruction.
Deliver small-group reading intervention aligned with the REWARDS program.
Support data-informed instructional decisions by sharing assessment results.
