WESTSIDE ELEMENTARY in Warner Robins, GA is seeking an Educational Coach (Literacy) to support teachers with best practices in literacy instruction and behavior management. The role focuses on leading instructional improvement and setting goals aligned with district accountability.

The coach will observe classrooms, plan with teachers, mentor staff, and deliver professional learning. Requires a Bachelor's in Education and GA teaching certificate; five years classroom experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education is required.
• Five years of professional teaching in a classroom setting preferred.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Georgia Professional Teaching Certificate.
• Ability to apply teaching and learning principles with diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Observe and model instructional and management strategies and provide feedback.
• Plan collaboratively with teachers and develop engaging activities for instruction.
• Provide mentoring to classroom teachers.
• Plan and conduct professional learning for instructional practices.
• Identify and provide evidence-based instructional materials and resources.
• Collect and analyze achievement and behavioral data for decision making.
