Job summary

LHH is partnering with a respected regional law firm to hire a Legal CRM Specialist. This role will serve as the primary administrator for Litera Foundation, the firm's experience management platform, and support attorney bios, matters, and proposals with data-driven insights.

Working full-time, this remote role offers a Pacific Time Zone preference and a competitive salary of $85,000-$97,000 plus comprehensive benefits, with opportunities to optimize marketing technology and drive adoption

Qualifications

Experience administering Litera Foundation or similar experience management platforms is required.
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of CRM administration, data governance, reporting, and analytics.
Track record of training users and driving platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for Litera Foundation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Maintain attorney bios, representative matters, proposals, rankings submissions, and other marketing assets.
Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and IT on enhancements, integrations, testing, and upgrades.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform marketing and firm leadership.
Lead user training and adoption initiatives to maximize Foundation usage.
Support data governance and best practices for data quality and workflows.
