Mixing exceptional clinical skills and faith, the Therapist/Clinical Supervisor at Encompass Christian Counseling provides clinical supervision to clinicians, as assigned, and compassionately works with clients to address anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and more.

Requirements

• Master's level Social Worker with Supervisory designation (LISW-S)

Responsibilities

• TEAM first.
• Provide clinical supervision for assigned staff, reviewing and signing all clinical documentation, as needed. Provide clinicians with direct feedback, as needed.
• Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to the client's treatment plan.
• Complete MHAs, including accurate mental health diagnoses.
• Complete treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients.
• Complete timely and well-written documentation. Progress notes should be completed and signed daily or within 24 hours for billing purposes.
• Participate in peer/case review, supervision, and other quality improvement activities.

Additional Information

This position is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and drug test, satisfactory reference checks, and completion of a satisfactory Department of Justice National Sex Offender search and Ohio Alleged Perpetrator Search, as required by our licensing agency.

Candidates must be 21 or older to apply. References, background checks, and drug screenings will be completed on all potential candidates. Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License and maintain a driving record that allows insurability. EOE.
