Essential Functions:
• Demonstrate OhioGuidestone’s values and guiding principles every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
• Supervise MRSS staff, whether hired by the provider or contracted from another agency
• Provide clinical supervision (individual and/or group) to clinical staff per the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board guidelines.
• Provide clinical consultation and oversight on the care of enrolled clients and families and associated documentation.
• Oversee quality of service delivery and ensure compliance with MRSS guidelines.
• Provide mobile response service when other MRSS team members are not available.
• Convene regular team meetings to review progress of high acuity and/or complex clients and make intervention decisions to ensure families meet identified goals.
• Assure that staff are trained in the Ohio MRSS model and that ongoing
• Serve as conduit for communication from OhioMHAS, the COE, the MRSS Call Center and others.
• Review documentation (i.e. diagnostic assessments, individual treatment plans, progress notes etc.) for accuracy, timeliness and content.
• Utilize dashboard to help regularly review and manage performance.
• Assume a leadership role in the interpretation and support of agency policies and procedures (including HR, PR and Communications).
• Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or department specific projects or seasonal program changes.
• Recruit, lead, motivate and develop a team of employees , fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment through effective coaching, performance feedback, and other career growth opportunities.

• Present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.

Education & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related training in Psychology or Counseling with an Ohio LIMFT-S, LISW-S or PCC-S required. LISW-S or PCC-S with 3 years post independent license experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities with strict attention to detail and perform work independently.
• Effective computer literacy skills, including Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health records, etc.
• Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and good professional judgment
• Flexible; able to work days, evenings, and/or weekends, as desired to meet the needs of clients.
• Possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.
• Successfully meet pre-employment drug screen and pre-employment background requirements.
