Qualifications

• Extreme attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
• NWMLS experience strongly preferred; real estate or transaction coordination background a plus
• Comfort picking up the phone and speaking with clients professionally and warmly
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple listings at different stages at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience and a service-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain listing data in the NWMLS with complete accuracy, including property details, remarks, room dimensions, and status changes
• Call sellers to collect property information, HOA details, utility info, and anything else needed to complete a listing
• Work with agents to gather, verify, and submit listing data on tight timelines
• Arrange, sequence, and upload listing photos so every property shows at its best
• Coordinate supplements, Form 17 Seller Disclosure Statements, and other listing documents, tracking them through to signature
• Follow our listing launch checklist and help refine it as we streamline our processes
• Respond to agent and client questions in a friendly, timely way
